Pranavan had been my personal trainer for my weight loss journey and I can say that he is very helpful and understanding how to help individuals with their personal struggle of losing weight. So he was trying to make me understand how to help myself with the new lifestyle change I needed to overcome this journey with types of workout and diet and it really helped me to lose weight, but then with COVID I had to stop the training, so now hoping to continue soon with him again.
